Fees - £80 per hour

My fees are as follows, which are so much cheaper than what a solicitor may charge you.

OPERATING HOURS

930am to 5pm Monday to Thursday (£80 per hour)

930am to 3pm Friday (£80 per hour)

Court –

£80 per hour from from the time we decide to meet till the time I leave you.  

I start charging from the time we agree to meet.

So please arrive if we are meeting in good time.

Telephone, Whatsapp or Email consultations - fee is paid upfront and a time and day is given. Nb.  Once payment has been paid, my number will be given or I will call you at the allotted time.  

Phone call is preferred.

Face to face meetings - my hourly Fee is paid at each Face to Face session by cash or Paypal or bank transfer when we meet in person, not after 

I start charging from the time we agree to meet.

So please arrive if we are meeting in good time.

Travel Fees 

Phone call is preferred but if absolutely necessary, here are my travel costs.

Travel fees  are payable by 8pm the day before travel by bank transfer or PayPal. 

Nb - if payment isn't made I cannot travel. 

If you don’t have driveway parking or free parking roadside, then car park fees are extra to be paid when we meet.  

If we meet in the centre of town  car parking fees or the usage of Park and Ride are extra. 

IF I TRAVEL I NOW CHARGE

Fuel / Associated Costs / Parking  - please ask for a quote. 

And For My Time Travelling 

£25 per hour, or part of, if travel is greater than 30 minutes from Exmouth according to Google. 
eg.- Plymouth  according to Google is approx 1 hour each way, so travel is £50 plus fuel / associated costs so an extra £35 (approx)

Total travel costs to attend in Plymouth is £50 + £35 =£85.00 (approx)

It may be cheaper your you to attend Exmouth or Exeter. 

If you need me to look at anything before we meet the fee is £80 per 60 minutes of my time.  Must be paid upfront.

RETAINERS:

I am told that solicitors can ask for a retainer of £5k+. 
I do not do that.

Retainers are optional and are for eg - £80 up front gives to 60 minutes if my time. 
You use me as you wish.  Like 'Pay As You Go'.

For further advice or to write statements or look at documents after our meeting, £80 will be paid upfront and each time I give you advice or look at statements etc, the time taken for each task will come off 60 minutes until zero (the retainer).  Please ask for a list of my fees for in between meetings
