Please note that if I am  in Court or with clients all day I may not come back to you until the next working day.

Hours:

930am to 5pm Monday to Thursday (£80 per hour)

930am to 3pm Friday (£80 per hour)

I don't work Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. 

Any communication by any means before or after these hours will be answered the next working day.

Terms and Conditions

1. Travel to be paid for by 9pm the day before via PayPal / Bank Transfer
2. Fee payable on the day by cash, PayPal or Bank Transfer buys 1 hour of my time.
3. Emails and messages – I am only available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 3pm Friday. Outside of these times, I won’t answer until the next working day (Monday to Friday)
4. Prior to meeting, there is a fee immediately payable for my time if you need me to look at any documents or statements. Alternatively, I will look at any documents at our meeting
5. After our meeting, if more info / help needed before our next meeting, I charge a retainer (payable upfront) to be paid before any further work is done by myself. I charge the fee for an hour +  to respond to questions, read emails and documents. 
6. To write a statement takes a minimum of 2 hours to which the fee must be paid upfront.
7. Or save all questions etc up and book an appointment for an hour
8. The day before meeting, I will message to check that the meeting is still okay with you.  If you do not confirm I will assume the meeting is not going ahead  
9. I will message by text, messenger, email on the day of the meeting to say where I am seated so please ensure you have your phone with you
10. Non Payment will result in a Small Claim plus expenses and my time. 
11. Any form of aggression or unrealistic demands towards me, I reserve the right to withdraw my services without notice. You will be sent an email stating 'withdrawal of services'.
